Craig is admitted to practice as a solicitor in Queensland, New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. He holds the degrees of Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Business Accounting (with distinction) from the Queensland University of Technology.

Craig has more than ten years' experience in Building and Construction and has acted for clients ranging from government departments and authorities, large commercial construction companies to small domestic builders.

Prior to commencing partnership with Paul Voll in March 2003, Craig was a partner for a national law firm that specialised in assisting medium to large corporations and government entities. Craig's experience includes acting for the Queensland Building Services Authority, the Queensland Master Builders Association and the Housing Industry Association and a number of financial institutions.

Craig's experience includes advising first tier lenders with the reformulation of their policies and procedures for commercial and residential construction purposes. He also assisted with the formulation of the policies implemented by the Queensland Building Services Authority (BSA) when assessing the financial stability of builders in Queensland and was part of the team that was engaged to draft the BSA's deed of personal and cross-company guarantees.

Craig is a trained adjudicator under the Building & Construction Industry Payments Act. Craig also has extensive experience in the operation of the preparation of payment claims, payment schedules, adjudication applications and adjudication responses under the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act.

Craig also acts for both franchisees and franchisors and can provide specialist advice to those seeking to enter the franchise business market.
